Stick and Rudder Aviation was created to “make pilots safer”. That’s the crux of what we do. We even considered the name Stick and Rudder Aviation Safety. By specializing in tailwheel, spin and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), we are laser focused on solid, foundational skills. These skills may save a pilot’s life someday or prevent an accident. If nothing else, you’ll experience a whole new world of confidence and proficiency.

We are UBER excited to launch our training platform. We will offer three primary training platforms:

  1. Tailwheel training

  2. Spin training

  3. Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT) Coming Fall 2024

Our 2001 American Champion 7GCAA Citabria is well suited for the task. We are super passionate about tailwheel, spin and UPRT training.
